With roots in the music industry and expertise in yoga, meditation, and sound healing, she fuses East-meets-West practices into transformative tools for personal mastery.

Alexandria studied Music Business & Entertainment Law at Berklee College of Music and Public Affairs & Nonprofit Management at Baruch College – Marxe School of Public & International Affairs, where she developed the foundation for her integrated approach to holistic leadership and public advocacy.

Warrior Discipline Meets Inner Peace

As a dedicated Shaolin Martial Artist, Alexandria trains under Shifu Shi Yan Ming, a 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk at the USA Shaolin Temple in NYC. She integrates martial arts, breathwork, and mindfulness into her personal growth philosophy and coaching framework.

A Life in Sound + Healing

A former DJ, music producer, and certified sound healer, Alexandria has performed at iconic venues like Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and Lincoln Center. She has collaborated with industry leaders including Cove City Sound Studios, iZotope, and BuddhaBooth. Her sound healing work has been commissioned by Weill Cornell Medical Center and she delivered a Certified Electro Sound Healing Experience at the United Nations’ First World Oceans Day Music Festival in collaboration with Peace Boat US and Parties for Peace.

Latest Work: Trust In Love

"Trust in Love" is a certified holistic pop/dance track designed to foster trust, release grief, and promote forgiveness. Featuring Shifu Shi Yan Ming and voices of Shaolin Temple members, the track was produced at Cove City Sound Studios in collaboration with multi-Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Richie Cannata and 8X Grammy-winning mix/mastering engineer Ignacio "Nacho" Molino, with the endorsement support of iZotope. This transformative sound meditation blends commercial music production with emotional healing and nervous system regulation.
