W I S D O M
It all begins with wanting change. When life is too difficult or when trauma hits where a longing of transformation begins. We are willing to take accountiblity for moving in a different direction. I believe that direction is actually not different at all but one that we forgot which is sitting in stillness and allowing the answers to present themselves through meditation. This in conjunction with mindfulness and yoga is the secret ingrediant for happiness within, peace in the world and love to continue creating the two.
